At Phenomenal Season, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
- Standard UK delivery is complimentary on all orders.
- Express delivery is available at an additional charge, which will be displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery method selected and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery information where applicable.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
Returns
If you wish to return an eligible item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Returned items should be:
- Unworn and unused.
- In their original condition.
- Returned with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Certain items, including personalised or made-to-order products and certain hygiene-sensitive items, may not be eligible for return where permitted by law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days after the return has been approved. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Nothing in this Shipping & Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
